Less friction.
More focus.
Whether you’re learning your first lifts or refining an established routine, Eclogrit is being built to keep the useful details close at hand.
Make it your routine.
Create named workouts, arrange them in a plan and pick up where you left off. Saved workouts and plans share the same local records across presentations.
Training plans
Find your movement.
Browse the bundled exercise library, read general technique guidance and add your own exercises. Optional YouTube searches open externally and need an internet connection.
Exercise library
See what’s changing.
Review recent workouts, recorded results and initial progress charts. Broader training analysis is planned and remains under development.
Progress & charts
Rest with intention.
The optional Adaptive Rest Coach offers starting estimates and five modes. Personalised learning is planned; it is not yet complete. You can always rest longer or use the conventional timer.
Adaptive Rest Coach
Room for your voice.
Dedicated optional voice control is not included in the current app. Keyboard dictation may be available through your Android keyboard; its availability and privacy depend on that provider.
Optional voice input
Coaching estimates are guidance, not measurements of physiological recovery or medical advice. Eclogrit cannot observe your form. Stop for pain, dizziness or breathing difficulties and seek appropriate help.
A PERSONAL RECORD SHOULD FEEL PERSONAL
Your progress.
On your phone.
Your workout history belongs with you.
The current Android preview stores training records locally using an on-device database. Logging, saved plans, exercise guidance and initial progress tools work offline. There is no mandatory app account, advertising SDK or developer-hosted workout database.
Manual export and import let you choose where a backup goes. Uninstalling the app removes its local data, so keep a backup you control.
What’s planned for the Shop?
A remotely updated product catalogue is proposed. If enabled, Shop updates will need internet access and hosting providers will receive ordinary connection information. Workout data will remain separate and will not be uploaded with catalogue requests. This integration is not yet implemented.
